Returns and cancellation
This is digital content delivered immediately, so statutory cooling-off does not apply. As a matter of our own policy, if a walk is not what you expected, reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full, without asking for a reason. If the audio cannot be played because of a fault on our side, we will refund it regardless of when you tell us.
